excellent assistance airport taxi hammam spa small room limited space third-party
khalil provided really good assistance. he efficiently arranged an airport taxi for me. he also recommended an excellent hammam spa (that was a treat!).
the room i initially received was quite small. it barely had enough space around the bed. i found myself bumping into things a few times. the hotel also relies on a third-party for room service.

poor soundproofing outside noise
The rooftop view was acceptable, showing the historic skyline.
My room was not properly soundproofed. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and outside. It was quite the nuisance.
